This clinching tool allows high speed assembly with more than two shots per second in production!

The built-in easy end-of-stroke setting nut of the RIVCLINCH® 0201IP can run various applications.
In addition, the flexibility of the RIVCLINCH® tool kits enables various thicknesses and material combinations to be clinched without resetting the tooling.
The tool kits have to be selected from the original RIVCLINCH® series ST 332/312 (rectangular) or SR 403 (round) based on the application.
The tool is delivered complete, ready to use.
An air preparation unit, a rotating suspension ring and a balancer are available as options.
